Shipping Policy

ScentProjectionLab is an independent UK-based fragrance reseller. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and package fragrances securely for transit.

UK Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days (24–48 hours) after payment has been successfully received.

Complimentary UK shipping is available on orders over £75. Any applicable delivery charges for orders below this amount will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times will depend on the delivery service used and are calculated from the date of dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

All fragrances are carefully and securely packaged to help protect them during transit. As ScentProjectionLab sells both new/sealed and pre-owned fragrances, the condition and contents of each item are stated on the individual product listing.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can assist and, where appropriate, investigate the delivery with the courier.

International Delivery

International delivery availability, charges and estimated delivery times may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout where international delivery is available.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
