Shipping and Return Policy

ScentProjectionLab currently ships to customers within the United Kingdom.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.

Standard UK delivery is typically expected within 3–5 working days following dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before an order is placed. Where free delivery is offered based on order value, this will also be displayed during checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied when ordering is complete and accurate.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the fragrance must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. New and sealed products must remain unopened and unused, with any original seals intact. Products sold as pre-owned or partially used must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as described and supplied.

To request a return, please contact krishbusiness2002@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending the item back. Return instructions will then be provided.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Where an eligible product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, ScentProjectionLab will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

If an order arrives damaged or there is another problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
